Collectively and around the world, people have risen magnificently to the challenges of the year that has been, and we welcome a new year of hope.
We have great confidence in our area and the market is active as we continue to work with our Sellers to prepare for Sale and our Buyers are well serviced by our team.
The rental market has been and continues to be strong, with low days on market, coupled with impressive and increasing rental yields. Given the number of interstate transfers, we are seeing an influx of quality tenants into the Wynnum, Manly, Lota, Wakerley and Gumdale areas. This bayside pocket is experiencing a high level of interest from both prospective tenants and purchasers.
