RateMyAgent 2024 Awards

The ninth annual awards ceremony was held on 22nd February 2024. It was hosted by comedian Jimmy Rees and featured keynotes from industry expert Tom Panos.

The RateMyAgent Awards recognises Australia's top real estate agents, agencies, property managers and mortgage brokers and celebrates their dedication to the highest standards of customer service. The event is the only real estate industry award where customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of the selection criteria.

Award winners are the most highly recommended performers by local Australian vendors, landlords and buyers. They are selected based on customer satisfaction ratings across the country and the total number of reviews collected.

'The Agent of the Year Awards acknowledge real estate agents who go above and beyond for their vendors and landlords,' said RateMyAgent CEO Michael Davey.

'Performance-based reviews are essential in enabling agents to stand out, and they're also the main criteria for receiving a RateMyAgent Award. Our winners have received the highest satisfaction rating across the country in the 2023 calendar year – that's something to be extremely proud of,' said Davey.

Gail Gobey of Sash & Gable Property won the Wynnum RateMyAgent 2024 Agent of the Year Award for a fifth year, coupled with being recognised for being in the Top 20% for customer satisfaction.

Gail's dedication, commitment and solid reputation to improving the real estate journey for many who pass through our doors here at Sash & Gable underwrite new benchmarks in industry knowledge, professionalism and client experiences.

We are incredibly proud of our outstanding achievement in Property Management, winning the Wynnum RateMyAgent 2024 Property Management Agency of the Year for the fifth year in a row.
