As we reflect on 2024, a year marked by challenges such as prolonged cost-of-living pressures and a cash rate that remained higher than anticipated, we are proud to see that these obstacles did little to hinder the overall performance.

This year, Wynnum's real estate market has demonstrated remarkable resilience and steady growth. The suburb's bayside charm continues to attract families and professionals drawn to its vibrant community and enviable lifestyle. This strong demand for both houses and units has driven outstanding results.

According to Realestate.com.au, Wynnum's median sale price reached $1,300,000 reflecting an impressive 34.5% annual growth, with 117 houses sold. The median weekly rental price climbed to $680 in the rental market, representing a 7.9% annual increase, with 312 houses leased. These figures showcase the continued confidence and interest in our beautiful suburb.
